Don't Celebrate Too Much
I have always been one to celebrate all the little wins. Sometimes I celebrate too much and seem to jinx myself. It's happened far too often. Apparently it takes me awhile to learn, because it happened again today.
The last few days have been really good for me. I've gotten many things crossed off my to do list and my lung health has been very good and strong. It's been better than the last year. I attribute that to my ozone treatments, better sleep, chiropractic adjustments and of course massage. When my muscles are relaxed, it is far easier to breathe (just an FYI).
I was boasting about this a good deal the last couple of days and then last night, I paid the price. I started struggling again with breathing and high heart rate because of it.
I honestly don't believe my lungs are going backwards however. I believe it has to do with the way that I sleep. I think I undid the good that the adjustment and massage had done. So I am just continuing to move forward and do what I need to do.
I am currently getting ready for my drive to Nashville in a couple of days. Thankfully, I am getting another adjustment and massage before I leave so I will be more prepared. It's an exciting and important trip for me, so I need to feel my best. That is how it will be. I am looking forward to spending a week in Music City. I will keep you updated on the progress. Make sure to stay tuned to my social media pages on Facebook and Instagram since I will be sharing photos and going live on occasion. I want to share the journey with everyone. :)
I hope everyone has a great week/weekend.
